Digicor is an innovative digital roll-to-roll printing technology package. As in many other markets, flooring customers want more design variety. Printing digital allows on the fly adjustment of the artwork with direct results. The sharpness & quality are wonderful because of the high print resolution and the register accuracy. Digital printing opens a completely new world of personalized, customized printing, and designers are no longer bound to the limits of the gravure cylinder. Besides the large design freedom inventory costs are reduced and productivity is improved incrementally. The technology package is available through licensing by Unilin Technologies.
FlinTile
Install rigid composite tiles with a ceramic look? It’s easily done with FlinTile, a lightweight ceramic-look vinyl-based tile, with an easy-to-install integrated grouted locking system and 100% waterproof joints. Next to the easy installation, the FlinTile technology offers a limitless flexibility in top surface design (such as wood, marble, stone decors…) and even an optional embossed top surface. FlinTile is the perfect ceramic imitation. The FlinTile technology has a lot of innovative features such as a soft walking experience with good non-slip performance, high impact resistance and a downward sound reduction achieved with underlay.

The Unicoat technology is the ultimate protection against water leakages from the top.
Wallpad
Looking for an easy solution to mount floors to a wall without using glue? By offsetting the attached underlay upwards we generate an easy to install wall panel – just make sure you have a good stapler gun, a leveler, a tape measure and floors! The WALLPAD technology can be used on all type of materials and floor sizes, both planks and tiles, using standard clic profile. Wallpad is easy to install and de-install, allows expansion, is hotspot proof and cheaper than glue.
