This Polyaspartic Magnetically Receptive Coating is used to adhere virtually any magnetic flooring product. This quick curing system offers a one hour return to service for tight installation windows. Kwikrez 300+ eliminates the need for moisture mitigation systems as it can be applied to damp substrates up to 98% RH. You can Install Kwikrez 300+ directly over existing sound flooring, including the isolation of troublesome asbestos flooring. The added benefit to this product is that it can be used as a standalone, industrial strength, chemically resistant floor coating with a choice of finish colors. With Kwikrez 300+ as a floor coating substrate, you are afforded the flexibility to easily change magnetic flooring systems any time without the problems found with standard flooring replacements. Magnifi-Sense™ Magnetic Flooring Systems

Magnifi-Sense is a newly launched magnetic flooring line that includes LVT & LVP, and Recycled Rubber tiles. The Formats include planks and tile squares of various dimensions featuring a 3.3 mm LVT & LVP product with a 20 mil wear layer for full commercial applications. There is a total of eleven SKU’s to choose from featuring colors and patterns hand selected with input and consensus from many design community professionals. This is an aesthetic, high styled collection of colors and textures. Our magnetic, recycled rubber comes in a large format to minimize seams with a fully customizable color pallet. This product is a new intelli-force magnetix™ development and is another world’s first product of its class that we have built.
